As the 12th employee at SharpSpring, I played a key role in defining the company’s design foundation and user experience. I helped create a cohesive and scalable visual identity. As the company grew, I continued to refine and evolve the design, ensuring a seamless user experience while aligning with business goals. My contributions supported SharpSpring’s growth, ultimately leading to its successful $240M acquisition by Constant Contact.

As the Creative Services and Brand Manager at HackerRank, I shaped the brand’s visual identity, creating marketing materials, digital campaigns, and branded content for recruiters and developers. During a period of rapid growth and market downturn in technical recruiting, I adapted to shifting resources and priorities, ensuring continued impact. Collaborating across teams, I translated complex technical concepts into engaging designs, supporting growth, product launches, and brand awareness.
